  • Name
  • Company or organization name, if provided
  • Email address
  • Service interest
  • Known issue or support request
  • Message content
  • Any other information you choose to provide

Because SQIP provides cybersecurity, infrastructure, local technology, and software-related services, communications may include technical or business information about systems, devices, security concerns, infrastructure, vendors, software, networks, smart home systems, lighting controllers, cameras, sensors, local service locations, or customer needs.

Please do not submit passwords, private keys, access tokens, credentials, sensitive regulated data, confidential security details, or other sensitive information through a public website form unless SQIP has specifically instructed you to use an approved secure channel.

Ammon Fiber Interest List

The Ammon Fiber interest list collects:

  • Full legal name and Ammon, Idaho service address
  • Email address and phone number
  • Residential or business classification
  • Current Internet provider, if you choose to provide it
  • Confirmations of address eligibility, serious interest, and consent to contact
  • Submission dates and manual verification and follow-up records maintained by SQIP

SQIP uses this information to verify interest, identify duplicate service addresses, measure demand, and allow SQIP to contact you personally about the project. SQIP reviews submissions manually and may contact you to confirm details. No automated verification email is sent.

The public counter shows aggregate verified household totals only. Names, service addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, private follow-up records will not be displayed publicly. A duplicate service address will not increase the household count.

The interest list is not a payment form, deposit, service order, or service contract. It will not request Social Security numbers, driver's license details, dates of birth, or payment card information. Joining does not guarantee service, pricing, eligibility, or a launch date.
